LinguaMetrics Technology LLC operates the LinguaMetrics multilingual contract intelligence platform and MCP server. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use our platform, MCP server, website, and related services.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Account Information
Name, email address, company name, country, and use case description. Billing information is collected through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers.
1.2 Contract Documents
Document files you submit, which may contain parties' names, dates, financial amounts, obligations, and other content. We process this solely to provide analysis results.
1.3 MCP Server Data
Only data you explicitly send through MCP tool calls. We do not access conversation history, Claude memory, chat context, or data from other MCP servers.
1.4 API Keys and Authentication
SHA-256 hash of API keys (not the full key). OAuth 2.1 client records and tokens.
1.5 Usage and Log Data
Tool calls, documents processed, processing duration, subscription tier, API key prefix, rate limit usage, error events, IP addresses, timestamps, and HTTP status codes.
1.6 Early Access Demo Data
Name, email, company, access code validation timestamp, uploaded documents, and Tier 2 developer access request information.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Key commitments: We do not use contract documents or personal data to train AI models. We do not sell personal information. We do not use data for advertising.
3. AI PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
LinguaMetrics uses AI language models to analyze contracts. Providers by tier:

Contract content is sent solely for processing. We do not permit providers to use data for model training.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
4.1 Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure, United States (East US region). Services: Azure App Service, PostgreSQL, Redis, Blob Storage, Communication Services.
4.2 Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes.
4.3 Tenant Isolation
Strict logical separation at database level. Every request validated against authenticated tenant. No cross-tenant data access under any circumstances.
4.4 Access Controls
Fine-grained API key scoping, rate limiting per tenant/tool, full audit logging.

No sharing with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.

8. MCP SERVER - SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
- Only data explicitly sent through MCP tool calls is received.
- MCP calls authenticated via OAuth 2.1 or API key.
- Tool call metadata logged for usage tracking; contract content not separately logged.
- Disconnect anytime through Claude settings; revoke tokens via dashboard.
- Complies with Anthropic's MCP Directory Policy.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING
httpOnly session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site analytics. Demo uses session tokens (not cookies).
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Not directed to individuals under 16. No knowing collection from children.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Data processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Material changes notified by posting updated policy and updating "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
