The LinguaMetrics MCP Server makes multilingual contract intelligence available as infrastructure for AI agents and applications. Connect from any platform that supports the Model Context Protocol — including Claude Desktop, Cowork, ChatGPT, Microsoft Azure, Cursor, VS Code, autonomous agent frameworks, or any custom application built with the MCP SDK — and your AI assistant can analyze contracts natively in any language, generate risk assessments and structured reports, monitor deadlines and renewals across your portfolio, search clauses and obligations — all through a standardized, open protocol adopted by every major AI provider.
What is MCP? The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI applications discover and use external tools. When you connect LinguaMetrics as an MCP server, your AI client automatically sees the available tools and can invoke them as part of natural conversation — no custom API integration code required.

Multilingual by Design
Every tool operates natively across languages. Submit a Japanese NDA, a German service agreement, and a Spanish employment contract in the same batch — each is analyzed in its source language without a translation step. Language detection is automatic.
This eliminates the traditional bottleneck where contracts must be translated before they can be reviewed — a process that typically costs $500–$1,000 per contract, takes days, and risks losing legal nuance in translation. With LinguaMetrics, a multinational team can submit contracts from any jurisdiction in any language and receive consistent, structured analysis within minutes, preserving the precise legal meaning of the original text.
Authentication
The MCP server supports API key authentication and OAuth 2.1. API keys can be scoped to specific permissions and are generated from your LinguaMetrics dashboard. OAuth 2.1 enables direct connection from consumer MCP clients like Claude Desktop and Cursor without manual key management. Both methods enforce strict tenant isolation — every tool call is validated against your identity, and no tenant can access another tenant's data under any circumstances.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes. Every tool call is audit-logged with tenant identity, tool name, outcome, and duration. Contract content sent to AI providers is used solely for analysis and is never used for model training. Infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade SLAs. The server is compliant with Anthropic's MCP Directory Policy.
